So far, I am really liking it.  The surgery was an ordeal...see my blog...but the weight is slowly coming off.  I have two heel spurs and arthritis in the knees which keep me from doing as much walking as I would like to be doing.  But, I have not yet had my first fill, so I am anticipating good things once I get it on November 20.

I'm a slow loser (and alot of that is my own fault) however, I'm very happy with the band.  I wouldn't have lost almost 45 lbs by now.  I'm so much happier and appreciate life again, people tell me that they can see that spark in my eyes again.

I also didn't really realize the scope of how hard this was going to be as far as adjusting to what you can or can't eat on a daily basis.  But even with the adjustments, I still love it and I also wish I would have done it sooner!

Thrilled with my band.

I have had a couple of PB/stuck episodes -- each one was a result of me trying to take in too much food at one time ---- "stupid user error"  ---- my band works as described and promised.
It's owner still needs a little work!!

THRILLED, HAPPY, ECSTATIC, DELIGHTED, ELATED, OVERJOYED, BLISSFUL, JUBILANT, OVER THE MOON, ...  I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

My only regret has been not doing this years ago.

I could NOT be happier with my band.  I love every second of it.  Every mid-afternoon I don't spend snacking on crap.  Every time I load the dishwasher and don't need to pull a chair over because my back hurts so badly.  I love every single thing about it.

I've lost 68.5 lbs, in less than 4 months. I feel fantastic.  I can eat ANYTHING.  Bread, bagels, pizza, anything.  I don't, because I'm not stupid, but nothing gives me trouble, except dried out meat reheated.  And really, who wants to eat microwaved leftover chicken anyway?  I exercise nearly every day, and am so stinkin proud of myself for it that words fail.  I don't find it to be "Work:"  At least, not yet.  Maybe that will change in the coming months, but so far, every morning I step on that scale is like Christmas.  It doesn't always drop, but it does most days, and even when it doesn't, seeing how far I've come makes me happy.

This is the single best decision I ever made for myself, and I wish I'd done it sooner!

I am about 98% happy. There are a few down sides, but overall I'm extremely satisfied with my decision.

My biggest wishes are 1) I wish I could puke when I have the stomach flu instead of praying I haven't taken my last phenergan and/or dry heaving continuously until my body decides to stop; 2) I wi**** was easier to burp. I always have to lean forward and put a little pressure on my stomach to get it to come out.
